Veteran & Community Grant for Cooroy–Pomona RSL |

Federal Member for Wide Bay, Warren Truss, has welcomed Federal Government funding of $50,965 to the Cooroy-Pomona RSL Sub-branch, to help purchase a 12 seater bus.
The Veteran & Community Grants program aims to maintain and improve the independence and quality of life of members of the veteran community by providing financial assistance for activities, services and projects that sustain or enhance the well being of veterans.
“The members of the Cooroy-Pomona RSL Sub-branch are to be congratulated on the success of their application,” Mr Truss said.
